I'm still not for certain I remember his character, Haziz, but apparently Malil was arrested last night in connection with an attack on a recently ex-girlfriend, who was stabbed multiple times. According to IMDb, Malil went to Big Spring High School, and later was a regular in the Dallas dinner theater circuit.
